Selah Retreat FAQ
In the Bible, “Selah” signals a pause for reflection or a musical break, inviting worshipers to meditate on God’s Word. It’s a gentle reminder to slow down, breathe, and make space for His presence rather than rushing through our spiritual rhythms.
Selah is uniquely designed to offer generous portions of time for you to truly pause, rest, receive, and connect with Jesus. You can expect a mix of creative expression, worship, speaker sessions, and optional prayer appointments.
You can look forward to speaker sessions, worship, creative expression, optional prayer appointments, a guided prayer walk leading to a view of the lake, and plenty of open downtime to rest. Outside of structured sessions, you can also take advantage of the outdoors, including the nearby lake, walking trails, and a firepit.
Throughout the weekend, there is complete freedom to engage as you are led. All activities, including group sessions and prayer appointments, are designed to help you rest and connect, and you are entirely welcome to opt out of scheduled moments if you prefer quiet time or solitude.
You will enjoy the privacy of your own personal room located on the second floor of a charming, rustic 1940’s style lodge. Each room features a private bathroom equipped with a sink, toilet, and shower.
